Meet Amanda!
Here is what she had to say about her class;
“Yoga has been a big part of my life and enabled me to be calmer and more grounded in my life, with the power of the breath. Yoga has cultivated a creative energy within me to inspire those around me.
I work as a child therapist and art teacher, I am aware of the different energies that surround me in my personal life and working life and feel that the strength of our inner energies is vital to give us the confidence to believe in ourselves, hence why yoga practice and mediation has been a passion in my life to givebalance and self-belief.
In my sessions my intention is to
‘Feel the breath throughout the body to bring awareness of feeling grounded and enjoy giving time to the self, connecting to personal energy bodies through exploration of yoga moves throughout the practice. To engage with an exciting vinyasa flow to connection with self-compassion and generate kindness with others to feel relaxed, centred and grounded.”
Yoga x Life Introducing offers space for the wonderful graduates of our Yomala 200hour Yoga Teacher Trainings to showcase their new skillset and share a class with you all.
Each introducing class is free to book through the Yoga x Life booking app and on the morning the teachers will be collecting donations which they get to keep 100% of. Please remember, the teachers will only be able to accept cash, or direct donations via paypal or similar.
