These classes are based on the traditional Vinyasa Yoga style which focuses on moving with the breath and letting the body flow in new directions.
This dynamically flowing practice connects postures with the rhythm of the breath.
This is a swift moving, theme-based class with pranayama (breath), surya namaskaras (sun salutations), standing asanas, twists, balances, core strengthening postures, backbends and inversions and a well deserved savasana rest at the end.
You will leave feeling relaxed and calm in the mind, whilst having strengthened and energised the body!

What is YogaTherapies Introducing?
YogaTherapies introducing offers space for the wonderful graduates of our Yomala; 200hour Yoga Teacher Trainings to showcase their new skillset and share a class with you all.
For the new year our introducing classes are moving to a new time with two slots available sunday mornings, at 9am, and at 10.30am.
The set up is super simple, the class is free to book through the YogaTherapies booking app and on the evening the teachers will be collecting donations which they get to keep 100% of. Please remember, the teachers will only be able to accept cash, or direct donations via paypal or similar - YogaTherapies cannot process card donations on their behalf.
