Join Chris post Great North Run for a therapeutic session focused on soothing away all those wonderful aches from a weekend running!
This session will focus on calves and hamstrings, with added self massage techniques for the feet before wrapping up with some restorative postures for the low back, neck and shoulders. Even if you haven’t run it’ll be a treat… plus… this session is FREE for all to attend.
As an added bonus if you ran at the weekend bring along your medal an enjoy a free drink after the session too.
