Join Deborah and Lucy for an immersive meditation and practice with ceremonial Cacao. The sharing of the cacao through ceremony is linked to a deeper symbolism, the power we access when we take time to give ourselves real space for real nourishment. The event will begin with an opening meditation and the drinking of the cacao, before moving into a deeply therapeutic movement practice and progressing to a guided Shamanic journey. There will be space to share and to journal at the close of the practice.
